Following recent events, Cherry Tree are hoping for a really good turnout at this event!

 

A fantastic selection of high quality hardy garden plants including bedding, perennials, fruit trees and bushes, alpines, shrubs, climbers, roses and trees will be available at the forthcoming Early Spring Plant Sale at Cherry Tree Nursery on Saturday 28 March between 8 am and 3 pm.

 

CHERRY TREE NURSERY is situated off the Northbourne Roundabout, near Kinson.  Toilet facilities and free car parking are available.

 

CHERRY TREE NURSERY’S plant sales are very popular events eagerly anticipated by the project’s many friends and supporters for the high quality of the plants and the happy atmosphere.  Everyone is very welcome.  As well as plants, there will be a wide selection of stalls selling local, ethical and fairly traded produce including crafts from around the world, preserves and home-made cakes.  Free tea, coffee and squash will be available, and delicious barbecued food will be on sale.  We are pleased to welcome the Tashi Lhunpo UK Monastery Trust selling glorious Tibetan yak wool shawls and the group Students 4 Community who are running a special 25^th Anniversary tombola for us (contact them on Twitter- @CherryT_Nursery)

 

A highlight of the event, as usual, will be live music.  As well as Cherry Tree’s very own band, ‘The Propagators’, we will also be featuring our new supporters ‘The Darwins’.

 

2015 is Cherry Tree’s 25^th year, and we are holding a 25^th Anniversary Appeal to keep the charity running for the next 25 years.  If you are looking for a good cause to support, please come along to find out more!
