Dear all
I hope you don't mind me asking for your support for the above, but hopefully it's justified as some of you may have people with demntia as your clients - and even if you don't - PLEASE VOTE!
Many thanks

Subject: ONLINE VOTING FOR FUNDING OF DEMENTIA BRACELETS BY MAY 31 - PLEASE CIRCULATE
Importance: High
Hi Karin
The attached has been prepared by the multi-agency group leading on this project, received today, and is hopefully self explanatory. I'd be grateful if you could circulate (with any changes you feel are necessary) as soon as possible and with as high a profile as possible, as the closing date for the online voting is 31 May (via D4U, Staffnet, e-news, Twitter, Facebook etc).
The funding we hope to win £5k, small beer maybe, but big for this project, as we have so far funded it entirely from business contributions.
Below is an extract from the Poole Comms email, with their suggested approach re Twitter, Facebook etc, if this is of any help to you.
Our comms team are going to include a piece in the monthly e-newsletter for staff that goes out this week and something will be put on our intranet tomorrow.
My suggestions for Twitter would be variations of the following published once or twice a week until the closing date – I would suggest key dates like two weeks to go, one week to go, three days, one day etc:
"Help ensure people with dementia get Home Safely by voting for our #AvivaCommunityFund bid. Your vote counts https://goo.gl/9dqjan" (this URL is a google URL taking people to the page which will allow us to monitor the number of clicks we receive.)
With Facebook we can expand the message and add a little more detail.
This page includes the various images and banners Aviva have provided which might be worth considering:
Many thanks
Sue
