Before proceeding, may we know if this is the only channel affected by this? If so, are there any error messages prompted on your screen? Since you've performed all the possible troubleshooting steps provided on this thread, we highly suggest reaching out to the channel provider themselves (Netflix Support) for further assistance and clarification, as they are the ones who provided and maintained their channel on the Roku streaming platform. Their channel may need an update from them.

Could you please specify if this issue is only with a particular channel or specific content? We suggest trying a system restart by going to Settings > System > Power > System restart to see if that resolves the issue. If it doesn't, we recommend following the troubleshooting steps provided in this support article on how to resolve a channel playback issue.

May we know what troubleshooting steps you have taken so far? Also, when did you start seeing this issue? Alternatively, upon exhausting the provided fixes, were you able to communicate with the channel provider to inquire further and ask for additional troubleshooting steps? If so, what were your findings?

Following up on this as well... let's see if I can be relatively organized and systematic in how I describe the issue and steps already taken (although assume anything basic like remove/reload app was tried ages ago).

My Netflix "jams up" for lack of a better term, like others in this thread. Mine manifests as such: starting most any program on Netflix will begin for a short period of time, within 30 seconds, the show will start lagging, the audio will drop out (captions will keep running for a bit), then it'll buffer and eventually overload and the app will reset, or it'll just overload and I'll manually have to press the home button a few times for it to "crash" the Netflix app. Immediately going back into Netflix and trying again, yields the same result. Waiting until later, usually yields the same result.

2) I have four active Roku devices two stream bars, one stick, and this TCL/Roku TV. The only device where this is an issue is the TCL/Roku TV. I have not contacted Netflix as this issue does not appear to be any other devices. Just one specific piece of hardware, this TCL/Roku TV.

A simple search of this thread, and then this forum, shows there's no lack of "Netflix and Roku" issues. Is Roku currently acknowledging the volume of recurring/similar issues? Is Roku currently working on fixing this issue?

Hi guys. The Microsoft Edge is my favorite browser of all times, really, but not when I try to watch netflix or other video streaming services, it always breaks, I have no ideia what to do anymore. Always when I try to play something there's an error and then I need to reload over and over again, sometimes even when I just play the video it stop working when I try to play again. Help me to keep using this best browser that I've ever seen.

I've ever tried to disable hardware acceleration, enable DRM content, install Microsoft Silverlight and a lot of other things, but I didn't get to watch so far without an error I keep receiving these error codes: D7356-7701 and others related. Is there's still something that can be done to really fix theses erros or I just have to be patient and wait for news versions of the browser?

Hi - I am having serious issues downloading and streaming content on my Deco x60. In particular, streaming or downloading content on Netflix is a problem (on my ipad, iphone, and tvs). I frequently get an error. I have also tried changing my IPv4 DNS, turned off (and on) beamforming and fast roarming.

In addition to the netflix issues, other streaming services sometimes do not work. Finally, when I try to download large files for work, it only downloads 3-5MB of the total and then stops and says download failed.

On all of the devices, other services, such as google, youtube, etc. work and have no issues. And when I test the internet speed, it says I have no problems, with over 100 Mbps down and 40 mbps up. Thank you for your help.

I was testing it again, and it seems like it isnt as much of an issue when I am connected to the main deco, only to the mesh ones. Not sure if it matters, but I am using ethernet cables to backlink with the main deco. The problem is that I am mainly connected the mesh / endpoint decos, not the main one. Also, it appears that if I connect to the main deco (over wifi), download something on netflix, and then go to a different area and use the mesh, streaming sometimes works for a short period of time, then fails again.

Good afternoon folks I can't watch Netflix on my Firefox browser. Do you know why is there a plug-in what is missing or something? He says the version is not up to date While my Firefox is always up to date, can you help me further. Thanks in advance from Trimmy.

Neither Netflix nor Disney+ work after this latest Firefox upgrade. (And I have read on other chats that Hulu and others are also not working, getting error codes when the previous version of Firefox worked fine.) There is clearly an issue with this upgrade to accommodate the new Mac M1 chip. However, if you do not have this latest Mac processor, something has gone wrong in connecting with streaming services for those of us on the previous generation Macs.

I have the same problem. I have found references to loading Rosetta. this is not the language learning program but some sort of patch for programs that were written for the intel version of the mac which is now running the new Apple chip. However, without a specific window coming up asking you to load rosetta and a button to push to do so there is no easy way to do this. I have found a reference to running scripts in a command window but this is not for the standard user. I have seen this issue with the Firefox browser but it is not apparently an issue with the Safari browser. No surprise that Safari is an Apple product.

Hey Everyone it is sweet of you that you try to help me. But I have a Windows 10 Laptop From Acer, so the Apple computer help isn't much use. Because don't have an Apple computer. I want to help me and also thank you very much for your tips.

I'm having something of a bizarre issue with my Fios service. It started a couple weeks ago. Some streaming services work fine (Netflix, Amazon Prime Video) while others do not load videos. (Paramount+, Disney+). When I attempt to play video on these services, it just loads endlessly and then times out.

The services work fine if I switch to cellular network service instead of the home wifi network.

Things I have tried:
Rebooting all devices, including the router
Reinstalling the streaming apps
Factory reset of the router
I called tech support and they tried bifurcating my home wireless network into 5Gg and 2.4G (so I could be sure to connect to 5G) and that didn't work.

Any idea on what this could be? Just trying to get these working so my 3 year old can watch Peppa Pig!

This all happened with an unstable router update a couple weeks ago. I had no internet at all and one of the TVs was down the Verizon tech came out and changed a few things and reset the router and doing tests it upload and downloads fast but I noticed that certain apps and things don't work.

Things work when I use 4 or 5G on the phone no issues there but when at home hooked to the router Disney+, Nest, Instagram and Twitter don't work correctly. (I am sure there are more just the ones I know about). Then the Verizon Stream TV Soundbar Disney+ does not work, the sound bar would not update so I had to turn phone into a hot spot to use the sound bar and update, Also other apps load really slow or don't work at all and hang. Everything was perfect and none of this crap happened prior to that Verizon router update. I was hoped for another router update to fix their errors but nothing happened yet.

If you know how to disable IPV6 on a Verizon Router (CR1000A) and a Fios Extender. Model: E3200 let me know I'll try searching around some more but this is the most about this current situation I can find is to disable IPV6

Found out how to shut if off go to the user guide here -router-cr1000a/ soon as logged in and shut off IPV6 everything started working. Both Stream TV bar and Verizon Samsung S22 Ultra all of a sudden got notifications from apps that were not working properly with IPV6 enabled.

THANK YOU. After 3 months of going back and forth with Verizon, buying a brand new Firestick, and telling them over and over it HAD to be a setting on my router but I wasn't sure which, this was the solution.

For the last few weeks 2 amazon firesticks and one andriod tv box will not work properly for hbomax and disney plus. All work fine if connecting to my cell plan hotspot service. Verizon just had us replace the router and still the same. Seems to be their end blocking traffic. Spent 2 hrs this weekend while they troubleshoot on their end. If don't get a solution will be switching to another provider as this is the main way we use our internet and TV.

Has anyone experienced any issues with streaming devices connecting to their Fios wifi? I have a Stream TV device that Verizon sent as a sign on gift or something. It worked fine for like 2 years then suddenly stopped connecting to my wifi. After many calls, nobody was able to help me and I finally found a solution on Youtube. Once I had the thing connected to my wifi again, none of the apps were working. For example, I can log into HBO Max, trailers will play before the movie begins, but then the movie just buffers and does not play. This is happening on every single streaming app. The apps are clearly connected to the network, but when you try to play anything, it will not play. Now I figured maybe it's the Stream TV device so I went out and bought a Firestick. Same issue is happening with the Firestick. The device is only about a foot away from my router so it's not that. I can stream any app on my iPad connected to the exact same wifi with no problems. Now the weird thing is, when I connect to my phone's hotspot using my cellular data, everything is working. It seems like something is not connecting properly between my router to my TV and to these streaming devices. I have called Verizon probably 10 times now speaking to different people each time. They finally sent me a replacement router which did not help anything. I have factory reset every thing you can think of, tried on different TV's, updated every device to the current software.
