Refactoring progress

Hi guys,

I've been really busy last weeks, so the refactoring work has been a "bit" slow.

However, I've just finished the refactory for the session. Now the only PersistenceAdapter updated is the simplest one, SQLite.

I've to work also on the FirebirdUIB one (it is the main adapter for my company).

Any of you that have developed an adapter should, before or after, refactor his own adapter to work with the new session.

The new session has been refactored using the specs contained in this RFC in the wiki.

Sry Daniele, I have stayed very busy too. I make very changes, but dont have time to commit, where u have posted this last changes?
