As you might imagine, the most popular stickman games mirror what games are generally popular in other categories. That means you can expect to find a disproportionate amount of stickman fighting games, 2D platformers, and shooting games in this section. After all, they are the most action-packed genres. There's also a few racing games in this category worth checking out, like Free Rider HD and Turbo Stars - Rival Racing.

Our collection includes stickman games based on Call of Duty and other famous PC games. A fight can break out anywhere. Battle in war zones, business offices, and tennis courts!

The main gist of the game consists of the player (A blue 3D-modelled stickman) try to find his way to the top of a building and confront his boss, who is about to fire him from work. Along the way, many other Workers will attempt to strike the player down. The player can counteract this by using a set of moves. Moves are merely attack styles which have different effects most of the time.

The game starts with the player choosing to sign a series of contracts which will give them a job. (Choosing to not work will end up in producing an alternate synopsis where the player's family starves).

When the contracts are done, the player starts heading to their new office, where the boss greets him. He also unexpectedly finds his best friend working there whom, to the player's despise, is commanded to be fired by the player. (You can also attack the boss, but hitting him enough will make him eventually kill you!)

Later, the player awakes from a dream. Bored of his work, he stands to revolt. His co-workers start to be against him, but he manages to tackle various enemies and bosses. After climbing the building, he reaches his boss where a final battle ensues. Upon defeating him, the player is given the choice of being the new CEO or not by the Shareholders. if they choose no, they will be struck by lightning if yes, they become the new boss and are allowed to purchase upgrades for the office.

I guess it's something too specific, you can start to think about the mechanics about you expect in your stickman fighting game and then try to search for tutorials for each feature. Searching for "Godot Fighting Game Tutorial" I just found this timelapse of a simple fighting mechanics 2D:

Yes you can just right click on the video and click on "Copy Video URL" when playing the video". Then go here or here, Paste the video URL on the Video URL link text entry panel, then select video quality and download the video.

Thanks for your answer @jbrooks79 , I appreciate it. Well I asked that question when I was new to godot and now I am more familiar and creative with godot. I even forgot that I asked a question like that. Once again, Thanks.

Wow, @jbrooks79 , I remember International Karate! It was actually the first video game I ever played as a kid. I was probably like 5 or 6, my uncle used to send me a box of floppy disks for the Commodore 64 every month with a ton of games in them. Then I would have to type in the code to get them to start (I had printouts of code to do various things). I have some fond memories of playing all those games. Brings back memories. Thanks.

Join us for Storybook Advent this year where Stick Man by Julia Donaldson is one of our featured books. We love this book as we said above and have included it in our Christmas book selection for many years.

The first thing to do is go on a walk to collect sticks, pine cones and leaves for making a Stick Man and also for using in the small world. My children love collecting nature on our walks. We already had a large collection of conkers, acorns and pinecones as well as shells and pebbles from the summer.

My 5 year old loved this small world too. She enjoys play dough anyway but she also enjoys imaginative play. She used our Stick Man and the other animals to act out bit of the story as well as to make up stories of her own.

Hello there!
I am currently working on a 2D Stickman game, and you are, well, a stickman.
I made the stickman following this tutorial: Unity 2D stick figure ragdoll tutorial - YouTube
I just need a movement script. Now, im a C# newblet. So i cant make a movement script for the stickman.
I found one in the comments of the stickman tutorial video, but it wasnt really good.
If anyone can send me a C# movement script for my stickman, that would be great, thanks!

Make player with collider 2d and rigidbody 2d. add new emptyobject as child to player. Place it in the bottom from player (not in the players collider). Put this empty in the rayorigin and adjust raycheckdistance (maybe 0.1)

Poohsticks is a game first mentioned in The House at Pooh Corner, a Winnie-the-Pooh book by A. A. Milne. It is a simple game which may be played on any bridge over running water; each player drops a stick on the upstream side of a bridge and the one whose stick first appears on the downstream side is the winner. The annual World Poohsticks Championships have been held at Day's Lock on the River Thames in the UK since 1984.[1]

Poohsticks was invented by English author A.A. Milne for his son Christopher Robin Milne.[2] The game first came to prominence upon Milne's description in his 1928 book The House at Pooh Corner,[3] as well as the 1983 Disney animated featurette Winnie the Pooh and a Day for Eeyore. As first depicted, protagonist Pooh accidentally drops a pine cone into a river from a bridge and, after observing how it appeared on the other side of the bridge, devises the rules for Poohsticks, later playing the game with the other characters, Christopher Robin, Tigger, and Eeyore.[4][5]

Milne first played the game at a bridge located in Ashdown Forest, close to the village of Upper Hartfield, East Sussex, England. Built in 1907 and originally called Posingford Bridge, it is considered to be the bridge on which Milne and his son first played the game.[5][6] However, it is uncertain whether the game was first played at the bridge and then written into the story, or vice versa.[2] The bridge maintained the public's interest and a campaign to rebuild it in the late seventies was considered important enough to feature on the BBC Nine O'Clock News. The bridge was subsequently reopened by Christopher Robin Milne and officially renamed as Poohsticks Bridge.[7]

The site was so popular that in 1999 the East Sussex county council made an appeal to Disney as the old wooden bridge had been worn down by an overwhelming number of visitors.[8] The company provided a substantial donation towards the estimated 30,000 needed to replace the bridge. Partly rebuilt in 1979, the donations from Disney, building firms and members of the public funded its complete reconstruction. The newly built and modernised bridge retained its precursor's original style.[9] A plaque was also placed to commemorate the occasion and thank those who financially contributed to the project.[6] The game can still be played in Ashdown Forest to this day and the site regularly attracts tourists from as far afield as the United States and Japan.[8] However, visitors are now advised to bring their own sticks, as previous visitors have caused damage to the trees in the vicinity.[2][10]
