Upgrading an Ender-3 Pro, God Help Me

Hi all, I’ve been gifted a (stock) Creality Ender-3 Pro, running on the old firmware and older 8-bit board.

Does anybody have any recs for supply places locally or (God Forbid) online? I’m looking to start with upgrading some of the basics, but I haven’t messed around with maker electronics or anything in like 10+ years.

If anybody has good supply recs, or wants to sell me their spare upgrade parts, please DM me.

bump.

weird. someone just gave me an Ender-3 Pro, still in the box, and i am trying to figure out whether it is worth trying to get it running and upgrade.  if anyone can point me to a good, if ancient, upgrade and mod guide or website, i'd appreciate it.  i am definitely a 3DP noob.
