Dear Veasna,

It's gonna be a great event! :) I am so sorry that i cannot join this event as i am traveling to Phnom Penh tomorrow to do a passport and i will pop up to CIST for making some contributions to the former students :).

Anyway, enjoy the party on 06 October :)
