Connect Error (-125)?

Could someone please explain to me what Connect Error (-125) is? Ive
searched everywhere and found nothing. MyThis happens when I try to
download anything from NUS via DOP-Mii. I have a good connection to
the internet through my wii for all other Homebrew applications so I
dont see why I am having connection issues with this app.
