Use the Philips HearLink 2 app to easily and discreetly control your Philips HearLink hearing aids. Your smartphone becomes your remote control for changing listening programs, adjusting the volume, muting your hearing aids and activating streaming options. Also, you can use the app to connect with your hearing care specialist to get your hearing aid settings adjusted remotely.

Download Philips HearLink 2 from the App Store on your iPhone and pair your hearing aids. Then open the Watch app on your iPhone. Scroll down to Available apps and click install next to Philips HearLink 2. The app will now be installed on your Apple Watch.

Philips HearLink hearing aids with Bluetooth Low Energy technology are Made for iPhone hearing aids that also support hands-free communication*, making it possible to make or receive hands-free phone and video calls from your iPhone and iPad. Great for when you are in the car or your hands are busy with other things. You no longer need to talk into your iPhone to be heard. You can answer, end, or reject calls simply by tapping the push button on your hearing aid or answer as normal on your iPhone or iPad.

For any particular platform, the playback capabilities may be affected by several factors, including the extent to which we can directly test on the platform ourselves, the (Plex) user base on the platform, and more. Some of the platforms will have limited playback capabilities because of these factors. Other platforms receive more customized capabilities.

The app is available on 2016 and newer model year Samsung sets that are Tizen-based. The exception is for users located in China or Iran; the app is not currently available for users in those countries.

The app is available on select, specific TV models and only in the following countries: Australia, Colombia, the European Union, Germany, Great Britain, India, Lithuania, the Philippines, South Korea, Spain, Russia.

While we previously offered apps for the following smart TV platforms and models, they are no longer actively supported. An older version of our app may still be available on the devices, but the old app will not be receiving updates, may not be compatible with newer features or server releases, and could stop being functional in the future.
