Ever thought of eating goat meat, a classic (biblical) source of
quality protein?

Input: All type of waste vegetation, no chemicals
Sources: fairly plentiful since marketing of goat milk has
collapsed. My source is Joe Vanderstappen in Gardner, 825-7283
Slaughtering: best done by yourself. Like deer. Job too small for
most butchers
Recipes: many, mostly roasts
