Room in SF in May ?

1) I miss you too much

2) I'm hoping to fix that soon

3) Does anyone have a room / space / cupboard underneath the stairs available starting May 1 (or even earlier) ?

Yep. I'm moving back to SF and am looking for a permanent spot starting May 1. Timing is a bit flexible, and I am open to a sublet if the stars don't align. I know the market is crazy right now, eep!

Please forward to anyone you know that might have a spot in the city...not putting many parameters on this call out b/c I'm fairly open when it comes to space and location. Budget is another matter, but again, no hard and fast rules.

In terms of my roommate credentials: I keep my space and communal spaces clean, although am understanding when the sink fills up, etc. (ppl are busy -- it's okay!). I've never had roommate drama...been ridiculously spoiled by amazing housemates in the past. I'm good at directly communicating my needs and listening to others. I LOVE to feed people (specialties include hippie gruel & homemade ice cream).

Other stuff: I like bikes way too much, love me a frosty pint, and generally keep a pretty busy social calendar. These days I'm working full time as a bike consultant for a small company.
