1 month, MAY sublet available NEXT WEEK!

Hey wonderful friends, new and old. Lucy and I are leaving for LA next week for all of May. That means my (kind of awesome) room is open for sublet for one month! 

Details: Super affordable (under $900!!), really nice place on divis and haight with plenty of sunlight, a backyard, awesome kitchen, couple of small pups and great, fun roommates. If you're in between places, visiting for the "summer", or otherwise need a place to stay for 1-4 weeks in May, let me know asap! The room will be completely furnished with memory foam bed, massive tv,couch, and coffee table, and I'll empty out the closet for ya. Can provide pictures if you need.  

PS, there's a chance I could even lend you my car for the month as part of the deal. Not bad, eh?
