Okay, now *I'm* looking for a roommate

Hey guys,

You may remember me from such email blasts as "Room in SF in May ?" Well, turns out my old landlord has a 2 bedroom unit opening up in the building I used to live in, and she's offering it to me.

So now I need a roommate -- anyone looking for a nice place to share with one other person aka me?

About the place: 2 bedroom, 1 bath apt; third floor of a six unit building; original 1912 hardwood floors; bedrooms are big, kitchen and living room are small, but more than enough space for two people; will have photos in ~a week

Location: Sacramento and Polk St. in SF; a few blocks from TJs, Whole Foods, and most importantly, Encore Karaoke Lounge & Bob's Donuts

Price: $1,400

Utilities: We pay electricity/gas and internet, which came out to ~$45/month split when I used to live there.

Other things: There is no onsite laundry and no dishwasher (bummer) but there is a roof deck + a backyard courtyard area; bike rack in the lobby; landlord lives in one of the units with her husband and two charming children -- worth noting I adore them. 

Move in date: May 1

In terms of my roommate credentials: I keep my space and communal spaces clean. I'm good at directly communicating my needs and listening to others. I LOVE to feed people (specialties include hippie gruel & homemade ice cream). Other stuff: I like bikes way too much, love me a frosty pint, and generally keep a pretty busy social calendar.

This goes without saying, but I'm open to roommates of all genders, orientations, etc. I'm really just looking for someone with good energy who has similar household habits. Although bonus points if you also like bikes and beers.

If you or another rad human you know is looking, shoot me a message. I'll be back in SF for work the 20th - 25th, and can show folks the place on Saturday 4/23 if it seems like a good fit.

Quick clarification, just in case this wasn't clear: The rent per person for this spot is $1400. As in the total for the 2 bedroom is $2800, so $1400 apiece.

Once person was confused, so not sure if others were too...apologies!
