You must be speaking about Bernard Chan. My original code for
SchottGunn was hosted on google code and under GPL licensing so he is
free to use it. I have asked him to give the proper attribution to me
as the original developer of the code he is using. I hope he realizes
he is using some old ass code and there are quite a few bugs with it.

yeah wasn't sure how he got it but i used that app since the G1 felt
shocked he was trying to charge for it when you gave it away.but yeah
it was more the no cred thing i felt was wrong.

Last I looked he wasn't charging for it. This dude has a shit load of
apps in the market, I can only assume he is finding code and packaging
it as his own.
