TWIA BILL WILL BE A TRAIN WRECK

On the second to last day of the special session, after the Senate
already had left town, the Texas House finally passed a bill to reform
the Texas Windstorm Insurance Association. House Bill 3 will become
law in September and will impact policies that already have been
issued.
