Dear DPP Colleagues,

I hope everybody had a chance to rest and reflect over Memorial Day weekend.

Last Friday, I shared some changes in how I will be serving our sector.

A large group of DPPers (who had attended 5+ of our events) were invited to a conversation a few days earlier on what that would mean to this group. I'm thrilled to announce few decisions that came out of that conversation:

1. The DPP welcomes everybody who wants to support each other in improving donor participation.

2. This Culture and Values document describes the rules of engagement for our group. Please read it and feel free to comment. 

3. There will be increased opportunities to volunteer with the group in the areas of operations, moderation, chapters, and new projects.
