An interesting question was asked this morning in a meeting and I’m wondering if anyone has seen data on this topic.
With the growing knowledge of data privacy rights of donors, is there a correlation between the number of text solicitations and the opt out of future contact response rates.
Example:
1 solicitation a month has an opt out of future contact response rate of 5%
2 solicitation a month has an opt out of future contact response rate of 6%
3 solicitation a month has an opt out of future contact response rate of 15%
