Hello Alex,

 

I hope you are well.

 

I want to firstly apologise for this very delayed response.

 

Following on from our meeting on 13 September I have attached a document titled ‘Donnington TRA Action Plan 2019’. This template is based on your original grant funding application, so the criteria should be very familiar. I have added some text in the ’Suggestions/Action’ column that reflects what was discussed during our meeting.

 

In addition I have attached:

·         Equal Opportunities Policy

·         Code of Conduct

·         Donnington Constitution

 

All three of these documents are referred to in the Action Plan.

 

If you can confirm that you agree with the suggestions/action, then I am happy to process your grant funding with this financial year. If you have any queries/questions then please let me know.

 

From today I am on leave until Wednesday 25^th September. I can however get the ball rolling with the grant on my return.
