Issue 26: LoD add-ons without dongle objects

Version used: Dongle-1.0-r315

Loading non-dongle LoD add-ons after the second dongle object has been
created will error:
Dongle.lua:1161: attempt to index local 'obj' (a nil value)

Changing it load from the first will error with:
Dongle.lua:1132: attempt to index local 'obj' (a nil value)

Loading a LoD add-on with a Dongle object will not create this error.
