Happy New Year!

Hope 2021 is off to a good start for you.  Now is the time to begin a new year’s resolution in developing our minds and hearts through teachings, meditation and sutra readings!  Please join in with us at Do Ngak Sung Juk (DNSJ) as we continue with our virtual program of sutra readings and discussion group with Venerable Pemba.  Hopefully it’ll become safer this year so we can add to our program.

HIS HOLINESS THE DALAI LAMA in Dharamsala continues to give teachings periodically.  LIVE teachings are being offered on January 5-6-7 (Tues-Wed-Thurs) from 9:00 - 10:30 a.m. (Dharamsala) / 12:30 - 2:00 p.m. (Japan).  Teachings are on the Heart Sutra and will be translated into various languages.  Please see here for more information:  https://www.dalailama.com/live
