Dear Friends,
Here we are in September.  Who thought we would still be worrying about the pandemic in September?!  So much negative and changes are currently happening in the world, sometimes it’s not easy to maintain a calm mind and peaceful heart.  That’s why Do Ngak Sung Juk offers a few monthly “virtual” events to help us reconnect and recenter.  Please join us!

HIS HOLINESS THE DALAI LAMA in Dharamsala continues to give teachings periodically.  LIVE teachings are being offered September 4-6, 2020 (Friday, Saturday and Sunday) in the early afternoon (12:30 - 1:30 p.m. in Japan / 9:00 - 10:00 a.m. in Dharamsala), followed by 30 minutes of pre-arranged questions.  The teachings will be on Gyalsey Thokme Sangpo’s 37 Practices of a Bodhisattva and Je Tsongkhapa’s The Three Principal Aspects of the Path.  There will be simultaneous translations into 13 languages, including Japanese.  Please see more at https://www.dalailama.com/schedule
