It has been some
time since we have communicated. Things have been going well. I am
consulting with McKee and really enjoying it. Andrew is enjoying being in
British Columbia and doing very well in school. Christina is almost done
with her 7th grade and she and Odil keep busy with swimming lessons, violin
lessons, orchestra, volleyball,etc.
We have a praise to
share with you. Yesterday we were on our way to British Columbia to visit
with Andrew when we heard that tornadoes were moving through the area where we
live. We prayed for the safety of everyone and continued on our
trip. This morning we heard the news that our house had been hit. We
praise God that we were not there to witness the strengh of nature. We are
returning home tomorrow to asses the situation and start working
through what we do next.
We are so very
thankful to many of our friends who took the time to go salvage, put things away
and clear some of the rubbish left behind by the tornado. Many lives have
been lost, please pray for those who are grieving and
hurting.
Nature is telling us
that this world is getting tired. This reminds us how unimportant
possessions are. We encourage each one of you to keep looking Up as things
deteriorate around us.
Thank you for your
prayers as we sort through what remains after yesterday.
Under His
Care,
Orville and
Odil
