I've been fortunate to have started my cleaning business on my own
(thanks, Don for having all those cleaning tips), however the
competition is fierce! Most of my business has come from Craigslist.
I see posts such as "I clean houses" all the time now, and the rate of
pay is reasonable.

I'd like to separate myself from the professional cleaners (svs. such
as Molly Maid, etc) and the run-of-the-mill person who just wants to
earn a little cash. Therefore, can someone shed some light as to what
is a good marketing tool this can be, and also to protect myself in
the long run. I am a one-person operation, and utilize a friend on
occasion. Thanks in advance!

Never mind. I found out that bonding has to do with hired employees
of mine. Insurance has to do with myself and my employees when we get
hurt at a client's home.
