Dark Theme for Web UI

I am looking for a way to change the styles of the web ui to a darker theme. the all white background is very bright on my PC with the 40" monitor.

I see in the front end settings there are selections for "Frontend Theme" but there is only one default available

is there a way to get more themes or make a new theme myself?
