I just tried adding a new alias, I probably should have tested this earlier...

Anyway, I noticed that after conversion, or copying over the aliasmap that it is sorted by code, but when adding a new alias it just appends it to the bottom of the list. Could we use the same sort mechanism that is used during a conversion when adding new aliases? This would make it a lot easier then clicking the up arrow a hundred times and waiting for a page refresh in between each one.

Well, that is definitely a bug. Put in an issue and I will get it
fixed.

Ahh, I think I see what you mean. It appends it to the bottom of the
alias list, not the bottom of the file. You wanted it sorted by code.

I see you entered an issue to add sorting by code.

Not a bug, just they way it works for now.

Yeah I never thought it was a bug, but it would be nice if it added a
new alias somewhat near the other aliases on the same house code.

Just a note. Please do not use Prev12 branch for any testing. It is
known to be broken. Current fixes are in heyuenginev12.

There are again nice stuffs added (rev 769), thanks!

On the Diagnostic screen:
- domus.Link/db/ => Exists => File needs to be writable
Hum, the directory need to be writable, in my case it is not, but the
aliasmap file is. Isn't it sufficient?

If the file already exists it is sufficient. But, if the file does not
exist, is deleted or a new domus.Link installation and if the
directory is not writable, that user that controls the web server will
not be able to create the file. Also, if the directory does not have
read permission even though the file has the correct permissions, we
won't be able to load it.
