Release of domus.Link 2.0.1 fixes update.

V2.0.1 Fixes
* Issue in php versions that write to files where an explicit __to_string is required on an object to convert text.
* Changed location editing for Chrome and IE as they did not support the inline javascript method.
* Popups from a javascript routine did not work in IE7. Replaced javascript with standard html text popups.
* Upgrading from 1.2 to 2.0 caused an exception due to module types not being loaded before conversion.
* Remember login was not working due to new security addition in v2.0. This is now fixed using correct checks.
* Added feature to disable the domus.Link Security completely. This is available in the frontend config page. ** WARNING ** IT IS NOT RECOMMENDED TO TURN THE SECURITY FEATURE OFF AS IT CREATES A SECURITY VULNERABILITY TO YOUR SYSTEM. USE AT YOUR OWN RISK.
* domus.Link always converted labels to lowercase and saved the labels that way. This was unnecessary and no domus.Link preserves case on labels.

v2.0 Summary of features:
 * Multiple users by username/pin
 * Security handling by user/pin for aliases
 * iPhone theme has been updated for stability
 * New module handling and the addition of a status module
 * Handling of RCS TXB16 HVAC controller
 * New custom grouping features
 * Switch default theme view between classic typed or custom groups
 * Default them only shows visible groups instead of a static all
 * Autoselect for mobile themes. Mobile themes can be detected by custom user agent string compare.
 * New mobile theme based on iWebKit5.04
