2006

A message from Sri Bhagavan to all Oneness Teachers

"You have the power to create in the near future, starting in 2012, a
global oneness age. This power is being bestowed on you by the Divine
through deeksha. Deeksha is the Divine reaching out to man. This is
humanity's greatest opportunity to become enlightened. Enlightenment is
a state of Oneness with all that is."

The largest gathering of deeksha givers (those who have completed the
21-day process at the Oneness University, India) ever to come together
outside of India met recently in Los Angeles, California, USA for the
First Annual Oneness Movement Teachers Conference. Deeksha givers
representing Sweden, Norway, Germany, Italy, Russia, New Zealand,
Australia, Japan, Bali, Thailand, Canada, India and the USA were in
attendance. In all, approximately 275 Oneness Teachers were on-hand for
this first of its kind world-wide conference.

Special guest and Spiritual Teacher, Acharya Sri Anandagiriji, one of
the closest devotee's of the Avatars of Enlightenment, Sri Bhagavan and
Sri Amma traveled from Oneness University, India to grace those in
attendance with his blessings, his spiritual gifts and his divine
wisdom. Oneness Teachers spent four days together in his presence,
diving into ever deepening states of Joy, Bliss and Oneness. The
combined energy of 275 deeksha givers plus the spiritual presence of
Sri Anandagiriji, Sri Raniji (the lay-monk for North America whose
vision it was to create this unique conference) and Sri Maduji (Oneness
University monk) created a spiritual vortex of Oneness that was surely
felt throughout the world.

Sri Anandagiriji, with assistance from Sri Raniji, performs the
ceremonial Aarti and then prepares to address the Oneness Teachers.

Day One was spent receiving the Divine Grace from Sri Anandagiriji. He
spoke at length, for over five hours, imparting Amma and Bhagavan's
wisdom and vision for humanity. He also answered several questions from
various deeksha givers. One topic he instructed the Teachers on was
that the 21-Day Process we each attended was only the beginning, the
beginning of our journey toward Oneness. He reminded us that we each
maintain a perception, an illusion, of our self. Separateness. The Me
and the Not-Me. And how important it was to see ourselves honestly,
both that which we claim as good and that which we believe is not-good.
This honest acceptance of who we are, combined with our willingness to
experience of all our thoughts, emotions and feelings, opens the
doorway to Grace.

Day Two began with the Oneness Teachers again listening to Sri
Anandagiriji. This day he spoke of suffering and its causes. He told a
story of a little girl in India who reminded us that we each make up
stories about events in our lives. These stories have no basis in fact,
but rather are our perception of events interpreted through the filter
of our mind and emotions. It is this which causes suffering, an
inability to experience things simply as they are - without the filter
of our mind. Sri Bhagavan says, "existence is the cause of all
suffering." In this he speaks of the existence of the self. Once our
experience shifts to Oneness, suffering ceases.

Teachers. (Right) Attendees dance to the music of Enzo and his band.

The remainder of Day Two was spent receiving a special Amma-Bhagavan
Deeksha from Sri Maduji. Each Oneness Teacher received this special
deeksha directly from Sri Maduji. This deeksha was designed to increase
the power of our deekshas. It was evident from the start that we were
all being engulfed in Grace, a Presence that was deepening our state
and increasing our ability to transfer this Grace to others via the
benediction of deeksha.

Day Three was divided into two parts. The first part of the day was
spent with Sri Anandagiriji and Sri Raniji with the Oneness Teachers.
Later that evening the Oneness Teachers Conference was opened up to the
general public (for all to attend). That evening and the next day, 500
additional attendees arrived. They came from all parts of the USA and
Canada to partake in this unique event and blessing. After a talk by
Sri Anandagiriji the evening concluded with one extremely large and
powerful deeksha, where 500 attendees received deeksha from 275 deeksha
givers. It was an incredibly powerful event, complete with music by
Enzo and his band singing "Deeksha to the Head!.."

One very large deeksha party!

Day Four began with Sri Raniji leading the general public in various
deeksha workshop exercises. During this time attendees received both
intention deeksha and hands-on deeksha from the many deeksha givers in
attendance. The conference concluded with one final grace of Sri
Anandagiriji telling the attendees to listen to their hearts, to seek
their true path in this life, and if it is so to help with the
awakening of humanity - the beginning of The Golden Age.

This conference was a milestone for the Oneness Movement, and for
humanity as well. Already, plans are underway to hold similar
conferences in other parts of the world. Sweden will be hosting a
Oneness Teachers Conference. So too will Australia. We are told that
Sri Anandagiriji will be in attendance for both conferences. Plans are
also being made for conferences to be potentially held in Japan, Italy
and other countries. And, of course, we plan on hosting our second -
even larger - Oneness Teachers Conference and Deeksha Gathering again
in the USA next year. Our thanks go out to all those who attended, and
to all the many volunteers who helped us put together this highly
successful conference!

BEST OF GRACE,
