Now you can sit in the comfort of your home and participate in a Laser Training Center theory class run by head coach Rulo. Class includes videos, charts, photos, and lots of information live from coach Rulo.

The first Webinar  will take place this Thursday January 17th, 2013,   at 19:00 US Eastern Standard Time, UTC -5.
Olympic Bronze Laser medalist Rasmus Myrgren SWE, will be the guest expert, and will answer sailors questions.  In addition to Rulo's slides, and Videos, Rasmus will share his personal experiences and tricks, that make him one of the best sailors ever on a Laser.

 

The first in a series of Webinars is all about Upwind speed in strong wind. The subtopics include, improving your hiking technique, how to steer on waves, correct tourquing and body movements, how to avoid injuries and after sail pain, and sail trimming for the conditions.
