Disseminate It has been instructed by the Prime Minister of the
Commonwealth of Dominca and his legal team, led by Mr. Anthony
Astaphan, S.C., to issue the following Media Release on his behalf:

"The lead story broadcast on Wednesday (August 25, 2010) evening on
CMC on television was totally and absolutely inaccurate and completely
and comprehensively misrepresents what was actually held by the
learned trial judge in the Petition matters. The learned trial judge
made no findings whatsoever that the Hon. Prime Minister, the Hon.
Roosevelt Skerrit or Minister of Education Petter Saint Jean, had or
was or is in possession of any foreign passport or that either of them
were disqualified from being elected to the Parliament of of the
Commonwealth of Dominica. All that the learned trial judge held in
relation to the Prime Minister and Minister, was that Mr. Maynard
Joseph and Mr. Ronald Green must now prove, at a trial on the merits,
that the Prime Minister and Minister have French passports as alleged
in the respective Petitions. This Media Release is being issued
because Mr. Leroy Adolphus of CMC has refused to retract the story
notwithstanding that the serious misrepresentations were drawn to his
attention. These representations are aggravated by the fact that the
broadcast contradicted the print version of the story published on
CMC's website."
