Book Launch and Events!!!

My dear friends,

I hope this email finds you well and, in the UK anyway, enjoying the first shards of summer sun. I should imagine the suns been warming your face for longer if you live elsewhere!

This email is a 'heads up' for a small number of upcoming events in the little world that exists around Take A Seat and the new venture - The Dom and Ernie Project (www.domandernie.com).

Firstly The book has finally become a physical object, I have one, right now, in my hands!! It seems strange to have my name on the front of a book but I should imagine it will be stranger when I walk into a bookshop and see it there. Of course, I'll have to make a conscious effort to go to the travel section, I usually go straight to the Idiots Guides shelf.

You are all invited to the Book Launch, and while I understand a great many of you live far away, I wanted you to know that you're welcome anyway! The date is the 6th May, place, El Barrio, Battersea, London - see the invite attached. 

I also have three other events scheduled, and I've listed them below and attached relevant invites etc. It would be great to see as many of you as possible at one or all of these little events!!!

6th May, London: Opening Book Launch / signing, El Barrio bar, Battersea Square, London. From 6pm onwards (details attached)

19th May, Oldham: Book signing, Mountain Feet outdoor shop, Oldham, from 5.30pm onwards

20th May, Holmfirth: Film, Presentation and book signing, Holmfirth Picturedrome. (http://www.picturedrome.net/Malawiposter.pdf)

25th May, Bristol: Presentation and book signing, Bristol Grammer School. 7pm (details attached)

Shortly after this, a few days after the Bristol event in fact, I head out again, to the States to meet up with Ernie the Rocket Scientist....I will say no more, just point you to the website or link to the trailer - http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=2ytXUxTwb7U. So, It will be the last opportunity I have for a little while to see most of you. Pleeease come!! You don't HAVE to buy a book, you just have to say hello!!
