Greetings all!!

In the last few days I have done the following:

1. asked Carlos the legally blind man currently pedaling with me if he can read the road signs because I cannot

2. drunk in excess of 50 gallons of water

3. fixed a flat tire in 120 degrees of sunshine

4. Burnt my feet through shoes on hot asphalt

5. proclaimed the hoover dam visitor centre toilets to be amongst the best in the world.
