500 Error post upgrade. Call to undefined function bindtextdomain()

Post upgrade all I get I a 500 error. Am I missing a module or PHP function?

Trying a manual update give me some insight into the problem:

/usr/local/bin/ea-php73 -f /home/{account}/www/dm/update.php

PHP Fatal error: Uncaught Error: Call to undefined function bindtextdomain() in /home/account}/public_html/dm/_includes/init.inc.php:66

Fixed by adding in the gettext PHP Extensions into the PHP build.
