I am still here. I rarely see digests coming through. I have 24 chickens
and give the eggs to needy people.
Eight months ago, we lost our 27 YO son. We have been trying to settle
his estate with his *girl friend* and business partner. Everything not
nailed down disappeared. We are the legal heirs, but the lawyers we hired
have done little to help us. Don't go through this if you can prevent it
unless you are rich.
I remember back when we paid to keep the list alive. It was a good group.
I remember the original owner.

Sorry to hear about your son. Yes, back when the list was on plearn
they needed to pay a licensing fee of some sort and we all chipped in.

I'm sorry Andrea to hear about your son. My brother died at 27 from non Hodgkins Leukemia and last year my nephew died of the same ; same age. It is brutal. As for the lawyers, I have the same problem with them trying to steal my house because of an argument with the development. $2G gone and still I'm in default...I get sick just thinking about
