Barry Smith - Hacked email account

Hi all,

Several members have had their email accounts hacked by spammers
recently. All of the ones I have seen so far have used simple or
common passwords. Please review your password strength and if its too
simple, then change it to something else that is harder to guess, but
just as easy for you to remember - preferably something involving both
numbers and letters.

Upper case symbols on the upper/numerical part of the keyboard helps too
and they make us use those at work...
