As you may have noticed, I only make "tar.gz" files available to
download, as opposed to the "zip" format that is more familiar to users
of the Windows platform. However, it is just as easy to extract these
tarballs, as they are often called. The only problem is that Windows
does not support the extraction of these files out of the box (curse
M$, not me).
However, there is a free program available that handles every known
archive type in a manner familiar to users of the popular WinZip. The
program is called 7-zip. The project homepage is below:

You will find these utility to be generally useful, not just for
extracting DOM TT.
