Okay folks, a new feature release of DOM Menu is out the door. In this
release, I added frame support for first level submenus (they can cross
over a frame), added a HOWTO document (don't faint, yes there is now
documentation), implemented horizontal expand to the west, and various
other updates. You can check the changelog for details.
