bookmarks importing

i am trying to import my bookmarks using the import add on tool and it
is not working. it cannot find any bookmarks
I have a samsung vibrant, droid s.ware, using dolphin browser and I
exported my bookmarks from one phone, copied the files onto the other
vibrant phone, I have the file in multiple places, sd card & the phone
memory. it doesn't show any bookmark (html) files when I click on
import using "Bookmarks to SD"
is not working. it cannot find any bookmarks
