How to make a theme for Dolphin Browser

Dolphin Browser support to customize browser style, you can just
download lots of theme packs from android market & enjoin them
directly.
If you are interested in skinning & want to share them with users all
over the world, You can make a Dolphin Browser theme.

Just follow the specification to make a theme. It is very easy, the
spec is take them pack: *Red Candy* for example, you can download it
from market to have a look first.
Then you can download the specification doc & example image to start
your work

To make a good android theme, you need to know Draw 9-patch

If you find it was hard to understand, it is also ok, just focus on
the image, I would help you to finish the 9-patch, but it would be
delay to release.

I would love to make a theme, only thing is I cant get the sdk working
on my pc its very old lol, Ive tried for hours, will not load
properly, is there a way around that? Im full of ideas and nowhere to
put them =/

How old is your pc? is it a matter of lack of space or older hardware?
As long as you at least have xp and a decent amount of space/ram it
should be able to run.
