Cloud DevOps Tech Lead-AWS

Location: Remote

Duration: 6 -12 Months

 

JOB DESCRIPTION:      

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science (or related field) with 7 -10 years of development experience. 4+ years of relevant experience in DevOps Architecture and implementation using AWS Cloud platform and latest tools and technologies 

·         Minimum one Programming Language: Java, .Net, C#, Go lang, Python, C++ 

·         Web Concepts: REST, JSON, XML.  

·         Good understanding of  

·          

o    Infra migration 

·          

o    Storage, backup, DR, Compute 

·          

o    Cloud operations, monitoring 

·          

o    Cost optimization, scalability, high availability, faster time to market 

·         Good cloud technology understandings and ability to architect multi-cloud and hybrid solutions 

·         DevOps – CICD, Infrastructure architecting and work with DevOps team to implement secured, scalable, durable, resilient, fault-tolerant micro services-based global infrastructure 

·         Experience working with AWS Compute - EC2, ECS, EKS, Lambda, Beanstalk 

·         Experience working with CDK, Scripting and administrative platforms. 

·         Expertise working with cloud administration / monitoring tools, troubleshoot incidences and prompt alerts / reporting 

·         Experience with configuration management platforms (e.g., Chef, Puppet, Salt, or Ansible) 

·         Strong scripting skills (e.g., PowerShell, Python, Bash, Ruby, Go, etc.) 

·         Experience working with CloudFormation / Terraform 

·         Experience in working in highly collaborative teams using Agile Methodologies.  

·         Ability to solve problems quickly and independently, but with a strong team spirit (helping others, asking for help, and taking responsibility). 

·         Excellent written and verbal communication skills for conveying complex technical concepts, architecture, and technical strategy to other teams and leadership.  

·         Experience designing/developing scalable systems  

·         Experience working with data stores: SQL, NoSQL, MogoDB, key-value store a plus  

·         Good understand of AWS Cloud infrastructure 

·         Good 

understanding of (CI/CD, testing, secure coding, etc.)
