Healthcare Business Analyst familiar with SFDC (Medicaid / Medicare)

Location: Hugo, MN (Initially Remote)

Duration: 6 -12months

 

 

Job Description :

 

Must Have Skills:
1. Extensive Healthcare payer knowledge,
2. Medicaid and Medicare experience

 

Work experience:

• 10 Years of experience as a BA familiar with SFDC system / HealthCare Payer knowledge
• Excellent communication skill with capability of handling business team
• Quickly understand the business problem and provide prompt technical solution; short-term & long-term
• Able to work with business team to elaborate the user stories and capture the acceptance/sign off criteria.
• Must have extensive HealthCare Payer knowledge
• Must have Medicaid/Medicare domain knowledge
• Good to have Contact Center implementation experience.
• Should be able guide the IT Team on architecting the solution and define software road-map
• Although, no hands on development is expected
• Organize Show and Tell Sessions.
