The main problem with the smarphones is strange and very annoying, basicly een though we have good and stable wifi connection every 5 to 10 mins we loose all local and public conectivity and the only way to restore it is to disconect from home wifi and reconect again.
When the android device lost connection, please check their IP address and gateway, and then ping the gateway of the Deco and the local devices in the same network. After that, please show us screenshots of the ping results.
I only have major issues with several nokia 2.2 (can only connect to 2.4Ghz), all other devices (laptops - 2.4Ghz or 5Ghz, printer - 2.4Ghz, tablets and several different mobile phones - all in 2.4Ghz) "seem" to be fine (it may be that they also have issues, never ping'd those in fact, but if they do there is no visilbe issue and they never disconnect). The nokias eventually show wifi with no internet. I thought the issue was only with the nokia 2.2 but maybe this is a more general deco issue if somebody else has the same issue?
My main tp-link deco runs a support provided firmware that allows telnet into it, a tcpdump was run by support, I am now trying to get the deco (at least the main, on my tests I power off the other) to use a specific channel and using 20Mhz in the 2.4Ghz (command to be provided by support), to put it into the same channel and width as the ISP router wifi (channel 6 and 20Mhz), turn ISP wifi off and redo my usual test with the main deco only, see the outcome.
Yes I'm also Portuguese, and after reading your post its sounds exacly like my issue, but with diferent smartphone model, so maby the problem is between deco firmware and android software. Did you ever manage to get it solved?

And I also have the deco's as dumb as possible with everything extra disabled, and fixed IP for the nokias. yesterday tried disable the 5Ghz, turn on priority to the nokia, still have the ame issue. One thing I noticed is that while the nokia is "sleeping" (screen off) it is pingable all the time, as soon it wakes and I start doing tests (display a long video using teh youtube app), I notice those ping request timeouts to the nokia 2.2 (android one 9 pie).
I think we tried every single possible change to make the deco as dumb as possible, and as tunable as possible, without digging deeper into specific configurations (like key type, timings, etc., I found a lot of wifi issues as well with openwrt). While I did not test AP mode, I was sure this would not change a thing, as @Paqueiros confirmed. If this was a "general" android 9 issue, I also have a nokia 4.2 with me, that runs also android one 9 (however a complete different CPU inside than the nokia 2.2), that has no wifi issues (and only supports 2.4Ghz as well).
Di Nokia 2700 Classic ini gampang menyetel account e-mail. Tinggal pencet tombol menu kanan yang di-default untuk E-mail. Ikuti petunjuk yang muncul, dan account pun siap dipakai. Jika punya lebih dari satu account, tinggal tambahkan lagi dari Messaging. Catat, kalau punya lebih dari satu account, tombol menu kanan mengakses yang tertera paling atas dalam daftar account.
Kenyamanan ber-internet di Nokia 2700 classic didukung banyak aplikasi. Tengok saja, ada Opera Mini untuk browser, Share on Ovi di Web uploads, Live Search dan Yahoo untuk search engine, dan Windows Live Messenger untuk messenger. Di Web services kita bisa temukan pintasan Ovi.mobi, Facebook, YouTube, AccuWeather dan Reuters.
Contacts bahkan sudah dilengkapi Ovi Contacts. Sekadar mengingatkan, Move contacts dan Copy contacts tidak memberikan pilihan individu. Ini memindahkan atau menyalin seluruh data sekaligus antara hape dan SIM.
Kamera
Kamera 2MP ada di belakang bodi. Tak ada tombol kamera, tapi navigasi atas sudah di-default untuk pintasan pembuka Camera. Pindah ke moda Video pun gampang: pencet navigasi kiri atau kanan. Navigasi atas-bawah menggerakkan zoom. Untuk jepret foto atau rekam video, tinggal pencet navigasi tengah.
Di Camera maupun Video ada Landscape mode/Portrait mode, Effects dan White balance. Khusus di Camera ada Self-timer dan Image sequence on. Sementara khusus di Video ada Mute/Unmute. Image size maksimal 1200x1600. Video clip length maksimal kapasitas tersedia dengan Video resolution maksimal 176x144. Kualitas kamera tanpa lampu kilat dan otofokus ini bisa ditebak, standar saja.
Begitu selesai jepret foto atau rekam video, kita bisa langsung kirim dengan memencet Send pakai navigasi tengah. Nanti tinggal pilih kirim lewat Message atau E-mail message, atau unduh ke web dengan Share on Ovi, atau dikirim ke perangkat lain lewat Bluetooth.
Music Player dan Radio
Volume di Music player dikontrol dengan navigasi atas-bawah. Kita bisa Mute audio/Unmute audio dengan cepat pakai tombol #. Seperti biasa, navigasi kiri-tengah-kanan dipakai untuk back, play/pause dan next. Music player dilengkapi setting untuk Shuffle, Repeat, Equaliser, Stereo widening dan Music player theme.
Ketika earphone terpasang, tak ada opsi untuk memindahkan suara ke speaker eksternal. Tapi hape ini punya opsi Play via Bluetooth. Ini memungkinkan kita "mengirim" suara ke perangkat eksternal, misalnya speaker, yang punya Bluetooth.
Radio masih menyediakan opsi Loudspeaker. Seperti biasa, Radio baru berfungsi kalau earphone tercolok. Radio bisa cepat diaktifkan hanya dengan pencet-tahan tombol *. Ketika pertama kali dipakai, biasanya Radio langsung menyarankan pencarian otomatis. Stations hanya bisa menyimpan 12 saluran favorit. Selanjutnya kita bisa pakai Search all stations atau Set frequency untuk mencari frekuensi stasiun radio kesayangan. Nokia memasukkan pengaturan RDS, Auto freq change, Mono output/Stereo output dan Radio theme.
Spiker terlihat di belakang bodi, kiri bawah. Seperti yang sempat kami singgung, pengaturan volume memakai navigasi atas-bawah. Cukup mengejutkan, suaranya terdengar keras (nyaring). Kualitas suara cukup terjaga berkat Equalizer dan Stereo widening. O ya, hape ini juga memakai earphone ber-jack 3,5mm. Jadi kita bisa ganti dengan earphone lain, kalau perlu.
Yang penting dicatat pada Equalizer, ada 2 set yang bisa kita tentukan sendiri ukuran Bass sampai Treble nya; selain opsi biasa (Normal, Pop, Rock, Jazz dan Classical). Equaliser dan Stereo widening bisa ditemukan di Media. Equaliser juga bisa diakses dari Music player.
Port USB mikro ada di atas bodi, bertetangga dengan port charger dan jack 3,5mm. Ini memungkinkan kita sinkronisasi data dengan PC. Sayang, karena paketnya ekonomis, kabel data harus dibeli terpisah. Begitu pula bila butuh Nokia Suites (PC Suite atau Ovi Suite), harus unduh sendiri dari situs Nokia.
PENDAPAT KAMI...
Untuk hape kelas menengah, fasilitas internet Nokia 2700 classic tergolong lengkap. Meski kameranya beresolusi standar, hasilnya cukup layak dipamerkan di social networking. Radio dan Music player bisa jadi teman setia mengalahkan bosannya menghadapi kemacetan lalu lintas.
