I want you to simply stop, think for one second and hear me out. I
think it is wise to look for dog food ratings, but what you'll find
isn't accurate. It could take me hours to divulge the ins and outs of
marketing and advertising used against us as consumers, but suffice to
say the dog food ratings you'll find probably come from the dog food
industry; the makers of the dog foods being rated! A conflict of
interest - you bet it is and there's more information that's
unfortunately even worse because it is harming countless dogs every
year.
The dog food ratings you need should be done by you. You need to know
what ingredients are essential and required, while knowing which ones
are toxic and harmful. This will allow you to read labels and do your
own dog food ratings based on what you find. The problem is that even
the labels are written a special way and they are deceitful, so you'll
need more information than most people have. I prefer to learn online
and so I used TheDogFoodConspiracy.com after watching a special that
exposed what commercial dog foods contain (feces, carcasses, chemicals
and more). I decided to make my own dog food (but you don't have to).
You can find prepared dog food that meets your pet's needs and your
budget if preparing your own doesn't interest you. Let me say that
making your own dog food is really easy (and cheaper then buying
prepared food). I hope you learn more and I am convinced that, once
you do, you'll see why dog food ratings aren't what you need; accurate
information is. Since that's the case, you're in luck, as the internet
makes loads of information easily accessible. Please keep in mind the
information you need should not come from a dog food company or
industry insider!
