Subject: DESPERATE for foster homes!

Hello Team,
We REALLY need some foster homes, I have several dogs in quarantine that will be finishing up soon, who have nowhere to go.  It gets difficult to take more in, if all our dogs are in boarding, not to mention expensive.  If we fill our kennels with dogs who dont need to be there, then we dont have any room for doggies who DO need to be there.  The pictures attached are for dogs that are in need of foster homes.

First we have Tanner.  Tanner is approx 2 years old, and has had a difficult life to date.  Tanner would prefer a more laid back household, or at least a place that he can escape the hub-bub.  He is really good about burying himself in his crate when he has had enough excitement.  He LOVES his toys, and would prefer to have a whole pile of them all to himself.  Tanner is a really sweet boy who would love to have a person to snuggle with and bed of his very own.  He seems to get along well with other dogs, but would be better in a home without children.  Tanner is ready NOW for a foster home.

Then we have Cupid.  Cupid is a lover and a charmer, he is approx 1 year old.  He needs a foster home by December 13.  He is stealing hearts, and is a handsome boy.  He loves to play.  Can you foster Cupid?  Look at that adorable grin...how can you resist that FACE?!

Next we have Smooshie...Smooshie has been treated very cruelly, Im not sure when he will be ready for a foster home, we just took him in.  Smooshie has some rather serious skin issues, is approx 3 years old, and we are going to get a skin biopsy and see if we can figure out what is going on with him.  He has Demodex Mange in addition to some secondary skin infections from scratching.  Smooshies owner took him to the shelter because he was tired of dealing with his issues, and wanted them to euthanize Smooshie.  Smooshie is the sweetest little guy, who just wants to feel better and be loved.  Can you commit to fostering Smoochie?  He wont be ready until AT LEAST December 15, later if he still needs intensive treatment.

Next we have little Finnegan.  He is just a puppy, estimated at 3-4 months old.  Totally the cutest little lamb youve ever seen!  Finny has something wrong with his eye and will be see the eye dogtor today so we can see what needs to be done to fix it.  Can you commit to foster Finny?  He will also be ready to foster around December 16.

Next we have Maria Noel. She is a little female, age is currently unknown, she was hit by a car, and attacked by something. Small Paws to the Rescue, she will be arriving at Mid-Valley Vet on Saturday and should be ready to go home around December 18.  She will most likely need to be confined to a small space, or on crate rest while her broken pelvis heals.

And last, but not least, we have little Peanut.  Peanut is approx 8 years old, with no major medical issues that I am aware of right now.  He will need a foster home around December 18 as well.

PLEASE if you can help, we need you desperately, is there a little fluffer on this list that would fit into your household?  Please help give a little bichon a place to call home for Christmas!

Thanks to all of you, for everything you do.  Without you none of this would be possible.

Just breaks my heart. I do Basset rescue and I adopted my two from similar circumstances. My Moe had his collar grown into his neck when I rescued him. Lucy was a puppy who had sharp puppy teeth and the owner had small children. Duh!!!  It never ceases to amaze me what these poor animals go thru. Bless you for your work. May I cross post this to my friends?  Someone may want a cute fluffy doggie to call their own!!

Val, do you have a Facebook page?  This would be a great avenue to ask for fosters for these babies.
