Dear Neighbors,
The following is some general information regarding the community:
Landscape Needs At The Lodge: As most of you have observed the landscape at the Lodge looks really bad. We have experienced hot weather and irrigation problems, which has resulted in the distressed and dead plants and lawn. Recently it was discovered that when the water pressure drops the building's fire system automatically shuts off the irrigation system, so there will be enough water if there is a need. Immediate steps have been taken to resolve the issue. One of the big challenges is the City's water pressure. It is important that you know this concern is being addressed and that the Developer is doing everything they can to resolve the issue sooner than later.
Micro Bugs: It has been reported there are micro bugs throughout the community. The Developer representative said he noticed these bugs are also in the entire Westshore development. Bugs are a part of our lives and with the heavy rains last winter Mother Nature has been generous with all types.
Found: There is a "Lost and Found" basket located at the Lodge lobby by the activity bulletin board. Please check the basket for your lost item, it may be waiting for you. If you lost a woman's watch one was turned in on Monday. I thought it best to hold onto it and not put it in the basket. If you are the owner contact me so that I can get it back to you.
Dog Owners: It was reported to me today that some pet owners are not taking the time to pick up their dogs waste along the lake path, which makes it a challenge to enjoy the walk/run. It is important to remember to follow all dog rules including picking up the dog’s waste. Every dog owner must follow the pet rules, no exceptions. Please be a good neighbor. Thank you J
