Hello! i have been playing in a low end pc for a long time and i have managed to optimize it A LOT so here are some of the programs and things i have done to get more fps and a smoother overall windows 10,first though,create a restore point in case anything goes wrong,this is optional but recommended.
If you spend any time on message boards for Windows enthusiasts, sooner or later you will run across recommendations for Windows "debloater" utilities. These magical tools promise to get rid of unwanted software and make your PC run faster while using fewer system resources. Like every offer that sounds too good to be true, there's a catch.
If you're a Windows 10 user, you know that the operating system is far from perfect and needs some tweaking to make it perform better and faster, giving rise to the popularity of "debloater" utilities in recent years. With Windows 11, people were hoping for a leaner and cleaner OS this time around, but that is not really the case. Enter Windows 11 Debloater to tackle Microsoft's latest and greatest.
Windows 11 Debloater serves as a front-end graphical user interface on top of what is much of the same tools and scripts used for Windows 10. If you've used a debloater utility before, some of the options offered here will be familiar to you. There are 14 categories available as of this writing. They cover various aspects of the OS, including UWP apps, privacy & telemetry, gaming, and many others.

The second thing to do is Uninstall OneDrive if you are not using it on Windows PC. I am uninstalling Microsoft OneDrive will no longer pop up in the Start-up windows or will not ask for backup at random times. It will take a few minutes to complete the process.
Now the final option is here to complete the process in Windows 11. Debloat Option is basically used to remove unnecessary applications and unwanted packages. There are three options available to debloat the windows 11 such as:

This is extremely interesting. I stumbled upon your site and have read through almost all the messages.
I was actually after a bloatfree version of Windows as I purchased a mini pc with windows 10 image loaded.
It just has so much rubbish pre-installed. I quite obviously am not running in a corporate network so Intune is not an option and group policy is not applicable.
The idea was to just get rid of unwanted apps and junk as the mini is used for streaming and wanting to optimize it for best performance.

Your layout restriction type is set to add to the layout rather than replace it. This gives your users the ability to pin, but does mean the defaults stay on there:
-us/windows/configuration/customize-and-export-start-layout
