"Inspired by Ron's Place" events this Sunday 21st May 2023 at Future Yard, Birkenhead

Hi

Sanna has been organising a series of events to help raise money for and awareness of Ron's Place, a flat in Birkenhead with a unique interior created by Ron Gittins and inspired by ancient Egypt, Greece, Rome and all things romantic.

There are 2 events this Sunday:

Calligraphy and Pen Plotting Workshop (3pm - 5pm)

Calligrapher Ola will be showing attendees how to make dip pens from twigs and coke cans and I'll be demonstrating McGraw, the DoES Liverpool pen plotter.

Poetry Workshop - Without Prejudice (5:30pm - 7:30pm)

Finding inspiration from Ron's artwork and writing on the walls.

Due to a glitch the Calligraphy/pen plotting workshop was saying that it was sold out earlier.

It's now fixed and there are still tickets available.

So if you thought you'd missed out, you haven't! Hurrah!
