When should we run Community Meetings?

In the last two community meetings there's been a bit of discussion
about when it would be best to run them.  For a while now they've been
running on the afternoon of the first Sunday each month, but maybe
that's not the best?

I said I'd run a poll to see when people would prefer the meetings to
happen, so go vote for your choices at:

I think we'll still aim for them to be in the first week of the month,
although if you have strong opinions as to why we should choose a
different week for them, feel free to reply here with your proposal.

Folk who only come to Maker Night (or any other events) are more than welcome to come along to Community Meetings (and also to help out with the work needed to keep the space running nicely :-)

To repurpose a line from Cambridge Makespace—DoES Liverpool is what we make it.  All of us.

Just bumping this as Adrian's all ready to pick a day but there's fewer participants than attended the last community meeting so I think we should be able to manage a few more! If you would like to have a say about when we should hold the community meetings then please vote:

It would be good to make a decision sooner than later as it's likely to be "the first X of the month" and the new month isn't far off.

So, the results are in and it's a tie between Tuesday and Wednesday evenings.  Given that next week is the first week in Sept, and the Tue/Wed are the 1st/2nd, which is very early to get the financial report updated, we're going to go with the second Tuesday for the next community meeting.

So the September meeting will be on Tuesday 8th September, at 7pm.
