I am emailing to remind you about tomorrow’s (Wednesday 19^th April) webinar, Planning accessible events which will be taking place on Microsoft Teams, 1-2:30pm.

 

Join Emma Diserens (Head of EDI – Programmes at EngineeringUK) for an overview of how to make events accessible for presenters and delegates. This session will mainly cover in-person events, including venue considerations, panel selection and ensuring all delegates feel welcome. It will also briefly touch on virtual/hybrid events and accessible exhibition stand design for those who are joining us at the Big Bang Fair. There will be plenty of opportunities to share experiences, ask questions and talk through challenges you have with making your events accessible.
