Hi,
I’m wondering if you have any sort of tech support or tech help? I used to sublimate so i’m confident with the process, but I’ve recently bought a new sublimation printer that I am hugely struggling to set up!
It’s very basic (link attached) & was bought under the impression it was good to go, without having to do much etc
but the instructions to me are not neurodivergent friendly & when i contacted the company they were really unhelpful - I’m not a technician, I just want to print things :p
I’m wondering if you have anyone that would do it as a paid job or is familiar with this type of set up etc
To someone else i imagine it’s very easy!
