Big Jambox power repair

Hiya!

I've a Big Jambox bluetooth speaker which doesn't work any more, as it
won't hold its charge. I think it either needs a battery or a charging
board replacement.

Anyone know a shop or a person I can pay to repair it, or does anyone
just want it?

(I'm loathe to try repairing it myself, as I'm not confident about
what is wrong, and would just throw bad money after good buying new
circuit boards and batteries)

I don't want to throw it away as I'm pretty sure it basically works,
and is a good piece of equipment!

Hope this isn't too off topic, and somebody points out a DoES based
business or a Makernight hack I can use...

Does it work while plugged in to charge? Could use it with an external battery pack.

No, it runs a bit and gets confused and turns itself off.
